OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 7, 2012, 12th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in the Auditor’s Office at 2:53 p.m. with Danny Strahan and Jim
Strafuss via telephone conference and Ron Houseman absent. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:

EMERGENCY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Commissioner Strahan moved to approve checks #112814, #5578 and #327753 due to a recent
employee termination and the requirement of final checks being issued on their last day of
employment. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
