OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 6, 2012, 11th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 8:30 a.m. with Danny Strahan
and Jim Strafuss present and Ron Houseman absent. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
In the absence of Commissioner Houseman, Deputy Clerk Lyn Wieneke swore in Commissioner
Strafuss as Temporary Presiding Commissioner.
PRELIMINARY STUDY MEETING
The County Commission met to review previous meeting minutes and accounts payable.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no public comment.

CALL TO ORDER
Presiding Commissioner Strafuss called the February 6, 2012 meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. with
all members present.
PRAYER
Auditor Rick Findley led the prayer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Commissioner Strahan led the Pledge of Allegiance.
PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the minutes of 1/30/2012 with changes and
corrections. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/ JOURNAL ENTRIES/TRANSFERS
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve accounts payable as follows:
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (absent),
Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
APPROVAL OF PICTOMETRY CONTRACT
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the Pictometry Contract between Taney County and
Pictometry International. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by
vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY OF TANEY AND CITY OF FORSYTH
Commissioner Strafuss moved to postpone to a definite time of 9:30 a.m. the Intergovernmental
Agreement between Taney County and City of Forsyth. Commissioner Strahan seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
EXECUTIVE SESSION – LEGAL UPDATE PER SECTION 610.021(1), (2), (3) & (12)
(CONFERENCE CALL)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021(1) (2),
(3) and (12). Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote:
Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
