OFFICIAL MINUTES
JANUARY 11, 2012, 5th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerkâs Office at 10:07 a.m. with Ron Houseman
present, Danny Strahan via teleconference and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record:
EMERGENCY SITUATION - APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve check #112727 to an employee and #327420 regarding
CERF and warrants 5561 and 5560 to Missouri Department of Revenue due to a termination as
follows:
PAYROLL DATE: January 11, 2012
GCR: None
RB: 11727
AF: None
TS: None
911: None
Manual Warrants: 5560 - 5561
Accounts Payable: 327420
Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye),
Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (absent).
