The Taney County Commission met today in reference to the above listed RFB. After opening responses
from all of the above listed companies a motion was made to allow a time for a thorough review of all
information packages as received from each by Sheriff Jimmie Russell. The Commission requested that
after said review a recommendation be made on Monday February 27, 2012.

February 27, 2012: Subsequent to a thorough review Sheriff Russell returned to meet with the
Commission and recommended that due to the small difference in the two lowest Bids he suggested the
local dealership made more sense and recommended the Commission award this Bid to Tri-Lakes Motors
in Branson, Missouri. The Commission thereafter voted unanimously to do so. At the request of the
Sheriff I asked for a clarification, on the record, that we would not be locked in as to the exact number of
vehicles we would have to purchase. This is also mentioned within the Bid but we wanted it mentioned
here again. The Commission included this point in their vote.

Thank you.
