Response to the above listed RFB resulted in only one Bid being received. Given to the uniqueness of the requested
software, combined with information supporting that factor that I had received, I made a recommendation to the
Taney County Commission to proceed with the Bid opening and award this Bid to the one Vendor who responded. At
this point I also asked Sgt. Barnwell, who was present - to add any information he felt might be beneficial. After an
explanation from him and a few questions from the Commission the Bid was opened and read aloud – a motion was
made to make the award and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to do so.
BID AWARDED TO; A-T Solutions Company, Inc. out of Boise, Idaho. They had submitted a Bid for the
total cost to the county in the amount of: $15,886.00… Thank you.
