OFFICIAL MINUTES
DECEMBER 2, 2011, 22ND DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:40 a.m. with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
2012 BUDGET WORK SESSION (COMMISSION CONFERENCE ROOM)
2012 Budget discussion continued with the Road and Bridge combined budget. Sales tax
revenues were discussed.
Commissioner Houseman stated the Economic Development discussion scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
would be delayed until 10 a.m.
Road and Bridge Transfers and expenses were discussed.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISCUSSION
EXECUTIVE SESSION – LITIGATION, REAL ESTATE, PERSONNEL AND
CONTRACTS PER SECTION 610.021 (1), (2) (3) & (12)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (1), (2),
(3) and (12). Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote:
Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).

2012 BUDGET WORK SESSION CONTINUED
2012 Road and Bridge and Road and Bridge Trust Combined Budget line items were discussed.
Commissioner Houseman exited the meeting at 2:05 p.m. Deputy Clerk Lyn Wieneke swore in
Commissioner Strafuss as Temporary Presiding Commissioner. 2012 Budget discussions
continued.
Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
