RFP# 201110-155 (Independent Insurance) Final Results;

The Taney County Commission met today to finalize a selection for Independent Insurance via this RFP. After a few
additional questions directed at several Committee Members who were present, and hearing again that the 10 person
Taney County Employee Insurance Committee’s recommendation is unanimous to engage Employee Benefit Design
as the Agent of Record for Taney County, a motion was made to designate them as such and have them start the
process immediately to deliver the insurance plans as agreed upon. The Commission then voted unanimously to do
so and designated Employee Benefit Design, LLC to be selected via this RFP.
