This morning we had received two responses to RFQ# 201112-159 as listed above. After
reviewing those responses with several members of the TCTAB, the recommendation to the
Commission is to go with HDR. The main reason is that the other company, AD&A, is not in as
close proximity nor as familiar with the project area as HDR. (This factor is requested within the
RFQ, item #1, as a “should” detail.) This recommendation has also been agreed to by the
President of the Taney County Transportation Advisory Board. Thank you.
(NOTE: Subsequent to the above recommendation the Taney County Commission voted
unanimously to select HDR Engineering in response to this RFQ.)
