The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:10 a.m. with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
2012 BUDGET WORK SESSION
Auditor Rick Findley went before the Commission for continued discussion on the 2012 Budget.
Topics centered on the Emergency Fund and the budget overall.

2012 Grants were discussed. Commissioner Strahan exited the meeting.
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL PER SECTION 610.021 (3)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3).
Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman
(aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
