BID# 201111-156 (Voter Registration Cards) Results;

Thursday November 17, 2011

Responses to the above listed Bid Request resulted in only one Bid being received. Given to the uniqueness of the
requested service, combined with my efforts through direct Bid Invitations, I made a recommendation to the Taney
County Commission to proceed with the Bid opening and award this Bid to the one Vendor who responded. At this
point I also asked the Taney County Clerk, Donna Neeley, who was present - to step up and add any information she
felt might be beneficial. After an explanation from her and a few questions from the Commission the Bid was opened
and read aloud – a motion was made to make the award and the Taney County Commission voted unanimously to
do so.

BID AWARDED TO; The Edward J. Rice Company, Inc. out of Springfield, Missouri. They had submitted
a Bid for the total cost to the county in the amount of: $14,379.86. Thank you.
