OFFICIAL MINUTES
NOVEMBER 4, 2011, 13TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 8:27 a.m. with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
2012 BUDGET WORK SESSION
2012 Budget discussions ensued regarding Animal Control, Emergency Management, Airport,
Assessor and County Clerk. The Commission requested Jillian Rulon of the Commission’s
Office get Election Grant Fund and Contract for Labor information from the Auditor’s office.
The Commission budget was discussed.

EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL PER SECTION 610.021 (3)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3).
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman
(aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).
