OFFICIAL MINUTES
OCTOBER 26, 2011, 9TH DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURNED TERM

The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:59 a.m. with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:

APPROVAL OF ARVEST CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Arvest Credit Card payment. Commissioner
Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and
Strafuss (aye).

CREDIT CARD POLICY

Joanna Jasper of the Auditor’s Office had previously emailed a final draft of the Amendment to
the Procurement Card policy. Commissioner Strafuss moved to adopt the amendment to the
credit card policy and circulate to all credit card users. Commissioner Strahan seconded the
motion for discussion. Nikki Lawrence said she had the amendment for signature on Monday.
The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).

Commissioner Strafuss moved to adjourn. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
