OFFICIAL MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 23, 2011, 22nd DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM

The County Commission met in various locations via telephone at 8:33 a.m. with Ron Houseman
absent, and Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:

Commissioner Strafuss called the emergency session meeting to order.

EMERGENCY SITUATION – APPROVAL OF PAYROLL

Commissioner Strahan moved to approve check #325978. Commission Strafuss seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).

8:34 AM
