OFFICIAL MINUTES
MAY 26, 2011, 22nd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 8:03 am with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
EXECUTIVE SESSION – LITIGATION, PERSONAL & CONTRACTS
PER SECTION 610.021(1), (3) & (12)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo610.021 (1), (3) &
(12). Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote:
Houseman (aye), Strafuss (aye), and Strahan (aye).

AGENDA REQUESTS REVIEW
The Commission reviewed the agenda with Nikki Lawrence.
The rest of the agenda could not be covered do to cancellations, and it was agreed to move the
posted items to the following week.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to adjourn. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).
