RFP# 201107-143 (CTC) Results;

On Monday morning September 12, 2011 the Taney County Commission voted to award RFP# 201107-
143 (Computerized Temperature Control) to: EPM - Manufacturers of Computerized Temperature Control
2105 Power Drive Fulton, Missouri 65251. As follows: “Base CTC w/ Volt & Monitoring”. Also listed was
an expected timeframe of 4.3 years with a savings estimate of $96,189.00 per year. This is for the
Justice Center & Jail only.

STIPULATION: If Taney County realizes the estimated savings within the estimated timeframe, please
allow the option to also convert / install like system in the current Courthouse.
