OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 26, 2011, 10th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in various locations and via telephone at 9:05 am with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:

EMERGENCY SITUATION – FLOOD MEETINGS

Due to flooding within the county it was necessary on an Emergency basis for the County
Commission, Sheriff Jimmie Russell and the Corp of Engineers to communicate with each other
via telephone and in person for several hours regarding the flooding emergency.

Minutes were taken and typed by Angelia Edwards, Deputy Clerk.
