OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 30, 2011, 42nd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 9:00 AM with Ron
Houseman absent, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss via teleconference. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
Angelia Edwards, Deputy Clerk, swore in Commissioner Strahan as Temporary Presiding
Commissioner.
PAYROLL
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve accounts payable and one accounts payable for
Missouri Rural as presented. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. Motion passed by vote:
Houseman (absent), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).

9:02 AM
