OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 24, 2011, 39th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Conference Room at 10:22 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:

Nikki Lawrence presented the agenda for March 28 – April 3, 2011 to the County Commission for
review.

Linda Gifford met with the County Commission to clarify bid presentations.
Bob Paulson met with the County Commission to discuss the wording of the bid notice.
Discussion ensued.

Commissioner Strafuss entered the meeting.

Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021.3
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman
(aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).
