OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 11, 2011, 34th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 8:38 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
AGENDA REVIEW
Nikki Lawrence has posted and presented the agenda for March 14 – 18, 2011 to the County Commission
and Bob Paulson for review. Discussion ensued.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the agenda as amended. Commissioner Houseman seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (absent).
WORK SESSION – PERSONNEL & COURTHOUSE POLICY AND MEETING & AGENDA PROCESS
The County Commission and Bob Paulson discussed the agenda process.
Commissioner Strahan requested that Bob Paulson come up with some language to post on the
agenda to improve the process of conducting county business on a daily basis.
Commissioner Strahan moved to adjourn. Commissioner Houseman seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (absent).
