OFFICIAL MINUTES
February 18, 2011, 27TH DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 8:35 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:

AGENDA REVIEW
The Commission reviewed the agenda for February 21-25, 2011 with Nikki Lawrence.

Bob Paulson, Legal Counsel advised the Commission to add an item to the agenda, Legal Advise/Pending
Litigation. There May Be A Vote To Go Into Executive Session Pursuant to 610.021.1.
Bob Paulson, Legal Counsel advised the Commission to add a posting for Custodian of Records on the
agenda also.
Legal Counsel, Bob Paulson came into the Commission Meeting and requested to talk to the
Commissioners. Commissioner Houseman left the room to visit with Mr. Paulson. Commissioner Strahan
stayed in the Commission Hearing Room, he stated that Mr. Paulson can talk to him later, at a later date.
The Commission continued the agenda review discussions for February 21-25, 2011 with Nikki
Lawrence.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the agenda as presented to Nikki. Commissioner Houseman
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss
(absent).
