THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commission Hearing Room at 10:30 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
WORK SESSION – PERSONNEL POLICY, MEETING PROCESS & COURTHOUSE POLICY
EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERSONNEL PER SECTION 610.021 (3)
Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3).
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote: Houseman
(aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).

STAFF DEPARTMENTAL MEETING – ROAD & BRIDGE
MANHOLE STRUCTURES
Randy Haes, Road & Bridge and John Soutee, Sewer Department met with the County
Commission to discuss manhole structures and projects.
Linda Gifford, Purchasing met with the County Commission regarding a manhole change order.
William Cummings,with the Regional Sewer District, voiced his concerns about the project.
CODY SOFTWARE AGREEMENT PHASE 2 & INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
Linda Gifford, Purchasing met with the County Commission to discuss Cody Software. She had the
contract ready, but it needed a signature page added.
Commissioner Strahan moved to authorize Commissioner Houseman to sign after the contract of Mr.
Barnwell and the letter. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. Commissioner Strahan withdrew
his motion. Commissioner Strafuss withdrew his second.

WORK SESSION – PERSONNEL POLICY, MEETING PROCESS & COURTHOUSE POLICY
The County Commission continued discussions about Cody Software, Intergovernmental Agreements
and Manhole Covers.
Commissioner Houseman stated that he would call Dave Woolery and ask him to attend the Commission
Meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 2 P.M.
The County Commission discussed meeting processes and agendas.
