OFFICIAL MINUTES
February 09, 2011, 22nd DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the County Clerk’s Office at 11:00 AM with Ron Houseman
and Danny Strahan present, and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had and
made a matter of record:
EQUITABLE SHARING PROGRAM AGREEMENT AND CERTIFICATION
Ron Houseman moved to approve the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification for the
year 2011, by and between the Taney County Sheriff’s Department, US Department of Justice
and the US Treasury as presented by Maggie Noe. Danny Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (absent).
