OFFICIAL MINUTES
January 26, 2011, 15th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Conference Room at 9:00 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss absent. The following proceedings were had
and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
An informational meeting with Dixie Wagner and Linda Gifford regarding various insurance
coverage for the county was held. Ron Houseman asked Ms. Wagner and Ms. Gifford to review
all county insurances and subsequent bid dates.
Commissioner Strahan stuck his head in the door while Ron Houseman, Dixie Wagner and Linda
Gifford were discussing county insurance. As a result, Ron Houseman drafted said Minutes.
ADJOURNMENT
10:00 AM
Minutes were taken by Commissioner Houseman and typed by Angelia Edwards, Deputy Clerk.
