OFFICIAL MINUTES
January 20, 2011, 12th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 7:30 AM with Ron
Houseman, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss via phone conference. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
Due to the snowstorm overnight the Presiding Commission traveled the roads early this morning
and determined that it would be hazardous to have employees and the public traveling to the
courthouse. Therefore an emergency meeting of the County Commission was called.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to table all minutes until Friday, January 21, 2011 at 8:30 A.M.
and to close the courthouse due to the snowstorm that made the roads hazardous for employees
and the public to travel to the courthouse. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Houseman (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
