OFFICIAL MINUTES
September 17, 2010, 30th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:30 AM with
Chuck Pennel, and Danny Strahan present, and Jim Strafuss absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:

ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS

AGENDA REVIEW

The Commission reviewed the agenda. Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the
agenda. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by roll call vote:
Pennel (aye) and Strahan (aye).

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
