OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 6, 2010, 2nd DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:45 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss via phone conference, and Danny Strahan present. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:

ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS

BID AWARD – FORD F-150 TRUCK

Commissioner Strafuss moved to reject all bids. Linda Gifford was directed to go back
out for bid with proper bid specs. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).

ADDITION TO 4TH COURTROOM

Commissioner Strahan stated that the bid was for $1,255.52. Brenda Neal will pay
$1,000. The Commission will pay $255.52.

Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the addition to the 4th Courtroom.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).

HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION AND RAPID RE-HOUSING PROJECT
MONTHLY REPORT

Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the September 2010 HPRP report.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).

TANEY COUNTY TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the re-assign Rick Ziegenfuss to District 7 and
re-district Jim Youngblood to District 1. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion.
The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).

DIRT AGREEMENTS

Dirt Agreements policy was discussed and confirmed that Frank has administrative
authority to approve three loads or less of dirt. Anything over that needs to be approved.

Commissioner Strahan requested Nikki to re-schedule for further discussion.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
