OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 13, 2010, 4th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:06 AM with
Chuck Pennel Present, Jim Strafuss, and Danny Strahan via phone conference. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Strahan seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
