OFFICIAL MINUTES
October 20, 2010, 7th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The County Clerkâs Office at 8:34 AM with Chuck
Pennel present, Danny Strahan, Jim Strafuss and Frank Preston via phone conference.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
K-DOCK
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Great River for an engineering design plan not
to exceed $5000 on an hourly rate for the K-Dock engineering project. Commissioner
Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye)
and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
