OFFICIAL MINUTES
November 19, 2010, 20th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met via teleconference in the County Clerk’s Office at 8:15 AM
with Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll as follows:

Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay),
Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
