OFFICIAL MINUTES
December 7, 2010, 25th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 10:08 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
PLANNING AND ZONING CODE BOOK LAND PLANNER DISCUSSIONS
Eddie Coxie spoke to the Commission regarding a land disturbance project that has not
came through P & Z to get a permit. A suggestion was made to issue a cease and desist
letter if they do not come in and purchase a permit by Friday. Discussion ensued.
Eddie Coxie will contact Jennifer at DNR and ask her to call the Commission Office and
schedule a meeting with the Commission on land disturbance.
Eddie Coxie will be in a private office while he is working on this project to prevent
interruptions. He will set his own schedule of at least three days a week. Eddie will start
this project sometime this week. Eddie’s progress will be monitored, to see how things
are going and if he needs help. Discussion ensued.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
