OFFICIAL MINUTES
December 8, 2010, 26th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan present and Jim Strafuss via phone conference. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Nikki was directed to send out an e-mail to everyone reminding them about their comp
time, a maximum of 80 hours of comp time can be rolled over to next year. Anything
over 80 hours must be used, if not used Dawn Bilyeu has been directed to pay it out by
the end of the year.
STAFF DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTION – ROAD & BRIDGE
DAMAGE AGREEMENT
Commissioner Strahan moved to table the damage agreement until monday .
Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
