OFFICIAL MINUTES
December 15, 2010, 29th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:54 AM with
Chuck Pennel and Danny Strahan present, and Jim Strafuss present via teleconference.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
COMPENSATORY TIME
Dawn Bilyeu of the Auditor’s Office stated that the Compensatory Time discussion
needed to be made in Executive Session. The Commission agreed to move the topic to
10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2010 with the addition of the Executive Session.
Commissioner Strahan moved to pay Eddie Coxie his comp time that there was a
previous question about, a total of 63.5 hours at the pay rate he was receiving when the
comp time was earned. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
