OFFICIAL MINUTES
December 17, 2010, 30th DAY OF
THE OCTOBER ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:20 AM with
Chuck Pennel via phone conference and Danny Strahan Present and Jim Strafuss absent.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve payroll as follows withholding the economic
development check.

Commissioner Pennel moved to approve payroll with one exemption hold out the
economic development check. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (absent).

RECONVENED
10:11 AM
EMERGENCY MEETING – PAYROLL
The Commission met in an emergency payroll meeting due to direct deposit.
Commissioner Strahan was present in person, and Commissioners Pennel and Strafuss
were present via teleconference.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to pay Ron Houseman from payroll. Commissioner
Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay), Strahan (aye)
and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
