OFFICIAL MINUTES
September 1, 2010, 24th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:30 AM with
Chuck Pennel and Danny Strahan present, & Jim Strafuss present via teleconference.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Pennel moved to table payroll until 10:30 AM. Motion died for lack of a
second.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll as follows:

Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
