OFFICIAL MINUTES
July 8, 2010, 3rd DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 10:25 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss and Danny Strahan present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
OAKMONT PARKING
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Oakmont agreement with changes after
presentation by Bob Paulson. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).
RECESS
10:30 AM
The minutes were taken and typed by Jim Yust, Deputy Clerk.
