OFFICIAL MINUTES
May 27, 2010, 28th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel and Danny Strahan present, and Jim Strafuss present via teleconference.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
AIRPARK FINAL PLAT – TABLED FROM 5/26/2010
Eddie Coxie presented slides and information on the previous progress of the
development and the platting issues associated with it.
Attorney Harry Styron spoke to the Commission and clarified the efforts and intentions
of Tami Warner.
The Commission directed Mr. Coxie to create a list of required changes and amendments
and provide that list to Ms. Warner, so that the proper plat amendment could be made.
Additionally, the Commission requested that Mr. Coxie make this case and its associated
review a priority.
Bob Paulson suggested the Commission hire an attorney who specializes in platting and
coding issues.
Harry Styron suggested the hiring of an experienced surveyor, as he was not aware of any

Mr. Coxie to contact three suggested surveyor’s offices, including Larry Gardner, Ken
Buchanan and Eddie Wolf and present the cost and availability information back to the
