OFFICIAL MINUTES
June 17, 2010, 40th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The County Clerkâs Conference Room at 10:30 AM
with, Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. Also present were Frank
Preston, Jim Yust, Ron Herschend and Matthew Kent (from Tri-Lakes News). The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
MODOT BARN PURCHASE
Commissioner Strafuss moved that the Commission sign the MODOT contract and the
MoDOT wash bay lease for the Mount Branson MoDOT barn. Commissioner Strahan
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (nay), Strahan (aye), and
Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
