OFFICIAL MINUTES
June 09, 2010, 34th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 10:30 AM with
Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present, and Danny Strahan absent. The following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve payroll as follows:
PAYROLL DATE: June 11, 2010

Manual Warrants: 5221 - 5222
Accounts Payable: 320075 - 320093
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the minutes of 5/28, 6/1, 6/2, 6/3 and 6/4/2010
with grammatical corrections. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion
passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss (aye).
BUS LINE CONTRACT
Commissioner Strafuss moved to terminate the contract with Jefferson Bus Line and
discontinue service, with a letter drafted by the County Counselor and signed by the
County Commissioner notifying them of termination. Commissioner Pennel seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (absent) and Strafuss
(aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
