June 04, 2010, 32nd DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:30 AM with
Chuck Pennel, Danny Strahan and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
AGENDA REVIEW
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Monday morning, June 7, 2010 agenda as
presented. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).

T HIGHWAY AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
John Soutee spoke to the Commission about the on-going T Highway project.
Commissioner Strahan left the meeting at 9:04 AM.
Commissioner Strahan returned to the meeting at 9:07 AM.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve Amendment #1 to the T Highway project.
Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
LOOKOUT ACRES INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement for Lookout
Acres contingent to all parties’ approval. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion.
The motions passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
DISINCORPORATION OF BRADLEYVILLE
County Attorney Bob Paulson updated the Commission on the progress of and the order
for the Bradleyville dissolution.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Order dissolving the Village of
Bradleyville. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote:
Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
APPROVAL OF PERSONAL PROPERTY REFUNDS
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve all personal property abatements as presented
by the County Clerk: 20110110, 0112, 0122, 0132, 0133, 0143 and 0184. Commissioner
Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye)
and Strafuss (aye).
AIRPARK PLAT
Eddie Coxie updated the Commission on his efforts to contact and acquire a surveyor to
aide the County in the review and correction work needed on the Airpark Plat.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the hiring of Eddie Wolfe to review the plat
and create of list of deficiencies for review by Planning & Zoning. Commissioner
Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye)
and Strafuss (aye).
Bob Paulson and Eddie Coxie spoke to the Commission about a Public Notice for a local
mining operation request for expansion. The Commission agreed to have the item added
to the agenda.

Commissioner Strafuss moved to go into Executive Session pursuant to RSMo.

BID AWARD – COUNTY TAX SALE
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Branson Tri-Lakes News bid of $4.70 per
inch with 9 point font. Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed
by vote: Pennel (nay), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
