OFFICIAL MINUTES
May 12, 2010, 21st DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met via teleconference in The County Clerkâs Office at 9:00
AM with Jim Strafuss and Danny Strahan present, and Chuck Pennel absent. The
following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
Deputy Clerk Cristy Smith swore in Jim Strafuss as Temporary Presiding Commissioner.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES & PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to payroll as follows:

Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(absent), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Commissioner Strahan moved to table the minutes. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the
motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (absent), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Temporary Presiding Commissioner Strafuss declared a recess.
