OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 30, 2010, 15TH DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel present, Danny Strahan present via teleconference, and Jim Strafuss
absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:

ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS

HOLLISTER RESOLUTION & SILVER DOLLAR CITY RESOLUTION

Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the Silver Dollar City 50 Year and Hollister
100 Year Celebration Resolutions. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
