OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 29, 2010, 14TH DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel present, Danny Strahan present via teleconference, and Jim Strafuss
absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
ENERGY REBATE - EMPIRE
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the energy rebate grant with Empire Electric.
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (absent).
