OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 21, 2010, 10TH DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:00 AM with,
Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss and Danny Strahan present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
TRI-LAKES BIO SOLIDS & HPRP QUARTERLY REPORT
Michael Zimmerman with HDR spoke to the Commission about the Bio-Solids Grant and
progress on the projects.
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve the Bio-Solids Grant application and the
corresponding amended Resolution for $3 million dollars in matching funds.
Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
