OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 15, 2010, 7th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:05 AM with
Danny Strahan, Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
The Commissioner discussed and confirmed the status of the Keeter Resolution.
Commissioner Strafuss updated Commissioner Pennel on Planning and Zoning
discussions, and assured Mr. Pennel that he would phone or email him with further
information.
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve the Assessors execution and sending of the
Certified Copy of Salaries to the State. Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye) and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
