OFFICIAL MINUTES
April 12, 2010, 4th DAY OF
THE APRIL ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 8:20 AM with,
Danny Strahan present, and Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present via teleconference.
The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Commissioner Pennel moved to approval accounts payable and transfers as follows:
Checks: 319172 – 319250
Warrants: 5191 – 5194
Transfer: $2 million from Road & Bridge Trust to Operations
Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
BENEFITS CHANGE
Commissioner Strafuss moved to increase the Delta Dental benefit age to 25.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
