OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 31, 2010, 38th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Danny Strahan, Chuck Pennel and Jim Strafuss present. The following proceedings were
had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll as follows. Commissioner Strafuss
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye), Strahan (aye), and
Strafuss (aye).

ROSE O’NEIL DRIVE
Commissioner Strafuss moved to accept Rose O’Neil Drive into County Maintenance.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strahan (aye), and Strafuss (aye).
ACCOUNT PAYABLE ISSUE
Bob Paulson inquired about the check received from Commissioner Pennel in the
Treasurer’s Office, and the way it should be handled. He related that according to
Auditor Andy Marmouget there should be a vote of acceptance before the Treasurer can
clear it. The Commission decided to wait until Mr. Paulson had a chance to provide them
with a recommendation on the subject.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
