OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 10, 2010, 30th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in the The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:05 AM with
Danny Strahan present, Chuck Pennel present via teleconference, and Jim Strafuss
absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
ADMINISTRATIVE & DEPARTMENTAL FUNCTIONS
HPRP MONTHLY REPORT
Commissioner Pennel moved to approve the HPRP monthly report for February 2010.
Commissioner Strahan seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strafuss (absent) and Strahan (aye).
DONNA NEELEY – REINVEST RESERVE FUND
A general discussion ensued on the handling of the maturing of county reserve fund
bonds. Commissioners Pennel and Strahan expressed their support for the coordination
of Betty Lohr with UMB Bank and Helen Soutee, Treasurer on the bonds and
investments.
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
