OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 5, 2010, 28th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM

The County Commission met in the The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00 AM with
Chuck Pennel present, Jim Strafuss present via teleconference, and Danny Strahan
absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:

EMERGENCY WAIVER

Commissioner Pennel moved to approve the emergency building permit waiver for Bill
Majors. Commissioner Strafuss seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel
(aye), Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (absent).

Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
