OFFICIAL MINUTES
March 3, 2010, 27th DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met via teleconference in the County Clerkâs Office at 9:55 AM
with, Chuck Pennel, Jim Strafuss and Danny Strahan present. The following proceedings
were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strafuss moved to approve payroll as follows:

Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strafuss (aye) and Strahan (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
