OFFICIAL MINUTES
FEBRUARY 17, 2010, 21st DAY OF
THE JANUARY ADJOURN TERM
The County Commission met in The Commissioner’s Hearing Room at 9:00AM with,
Chuck Pennel present and Danny Strahan present by teleconference. Jim Strafuss was
absent. The following proceedings were had and made a matter of record:
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL
Commissioner Strahan moved to approve payroll as follows:
PAYROLL DATE: February 19, 2010

Manual Warrants: 5170 - 5171
Accounts Payable: 318498 - 318518
Commissioner Pennel seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (aye),
Strafuss (absent) and Strahan (aye).
Presiding Commissioner Pennel declared a recess.
